Located in Râșnov, Romania, Exor Electronica S.r.l. is part of Holdex Group, being controlled By Exor International S.p.A., an Italian company based in Verona (Italy).
Exor Electronica focuses on the production of electronic boards, a critical component at the heart of EXOR devices. These boards can be considered the “brain” of many industrial products, enabling performance, connectivity and control in demanding applications.
With a skilled team of around 50 people and long-standing experience in electronics manufacturing, Exor Electronica supports the Group’s value chain with high levels of competence, care and technical precision.
Its current role is mainly focused on board production, but its contribution is expected to grow over time. The long-term vision is to progressively extend the site’s activities to additional production phases, potentially including the final assembly of selected parts of the EXOR product portfolio.
Beyond manufacturing, Exor Electronica also benefits from the broader EXOR International ecosystem. Leveraging the Group’s hardware, software, System-on-Module (SoM) and cloud platforms, together with Corvina’s Industrial IoT expertise, the company contributes to the development of complete industrial products starting from a shared technology platform. This approach enables the design of tailored solutions while building on proven, scalable technologies.
